Amazing, fantastic location really close to France, all the restaurants and around a 30 minute by a walking track through the old grounds of the chateaux walk to the chateau. Units with terrace

The Mercure is set in a beautiful location, right in the tranquil countryside near Chantilly. I loved the spacious room with large windows that offered fine views of the golf course. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxation on sunny days. The breakfast selection impressed me, especially the warm options like scrambled eggs and sausages. I faced issues with the air conditioning in my room. It didn't seem to cool adequately. The gym facilities are limited, with only a few machines available. The service in the restaurant was sometimes slow, and I encountered difficulty when the staff didn't readily provide bathrobes after cleaning. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel's serene environment and quality dining were great.

Horse museum was about 15 minutes walk. Perfect for weekend. One of the dining options, les grands pres was 5 mins walk away.

Chantilly charm and tranquil vibes 🌳

We loved the spacious room with fine views over the pool and golf course! The breakfast was lekker, really good selection. Plus, the staff were so friendly, especially at the dining room!

Modern hotel with good cleanliness and facilities. Looks like and old chataue though it isn't. Everything worked as it should do. This is an expensive area to stay in a Hotel and for the area the discount price was good, especailly as it included breakfast. The breakfast was described as American however it was a buffet as is usual in most larger hotels nowadays. The quality was pretty good for a buffet and the food fresh / hot / cool as it should be.

Located a long way from anything else so you need a car or transport. A bit impersonal, more of a business hotel. The superior room was in the loft and not very superior. The forest view was the car park. The normal rate here is around €300+ (June 2010) and that is too expensive for the accomodation and the remote location.

Great resort, in the middle of the woods north of Paris. Trendy guests and a lifely atmosphere. Good food (though not cheap). Our children (10, 13 and 16) loved it, since there are two pools, a fitness room and a range of Internet computers

Bar prices fairy expensive (8 to 10 Euros a drink)

The views of the golf course were fantastic, but the bathroom felt dangerously small.

Nice premises, golf course, close to Chateau Chantilly

Room was in poor state: 1) washing basin was clogged, not working. No way a cleaning woman could miss that, room should have never been given to a guest. Asked for another room, but not possible, instead they did plumbing in my room. 2) hair in bathtube 3) shower slightly broken 4) generally poor performance of cleaning and staff 5) not coincidences, many of the problems would have been seen and solved if the hotel would operate properly. For me, it even fails 3 stars.

Whilst the comfort level and location of the hotel is very good I would suggest it is a little impersonal for couples or for a romantic break.

Beautiful forest and in close proximity to Chantilly Castle. I enjoyed the spacious room with a view of the golf course. The staff were very cute, though the reception process could be more efficient. Dining options were limited, leading us to explore nearby restaurants.

The hotel is in a beautiful area full of Chateaux, country walks, a fantastic race course/equestrian museum and golf courses

The service was not very good for the standard and cost of the hotel, the indoor pool and gym facilities were small and you need to be prepared for fairly expensive meals and drinks if you eat/drink in the hotel. Also you need to make sure that the room that you are allocated is the type that you booked, as ours wasn't and it was a very unpleasant experience to get changed to the correct room type.
